Daniela Herrmann, co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Daniela Herrmann is the Co-Founder and CEO of Dynex, guiding the global expansion of its proprietary Quantum-as-a-Service (QaaS) technology and scaling the company’s quantum-driven solutions underpinned with a foundation of ethical integrity. With executive roots in investment finance, business leadership, and scaling innovation-driven companies, she is also mission leader of Dynex Moonshots, the Family Office of Dynex and the investment arm to growing and scaling pioneering companies across nature, health, society and space. Her leadership and that of Dynex has earned major recognition, including Fast Company’s 2024 Technologist of the Year Award and a finalist at the SXSW Innovation Awards 2025.

Samer Rahmeh, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Samer Rahmeh serves as CTO and Global Head of Quantum Solutions Architecture at Dynex, leading the development of quantum-driven solutions for real world problems at industrial scale. He brings extensive expertise in machine learning, neuromorphic computing, and quantum engineering, with a strong track record in designing scalable computational architectures. His leadership encompasses algorithmic-qubit emulation, QUBO/Hamiltonian workflows, and high-reliability runtime systems. Samer’s earlier work includes foundational contributions to distributed learning, graph-based inference, and advanced model optimisation.

Kathrin Kind, Chief Quantum-Driven Solutions Officer (CQSO)
Kathrin Kind serves as Chief Quantum Driven Solutions Officer at Dynex, where she leads the translation of quantum-driven computing and artificial intelligence from advanced research into industrial-scale deployment. With more than two decades of experience in engineering, data science, and complex systems industrialization, she has held senior leadership roles at Siemens, Bosch, ZF-TRW, the Volkswagen Group, and Cognizant, driving the development and commercialization of technologies ranging from advanced driver assistance systems to autonomous platforms and global AI solutions. In parallel to her industry leadership, she is a Professor of AI and Quantum Computing at the Paris School of Management and SSBM Geneva and contributes to international initiatives on responsible technology governance. Her work reflects a sustained commitment to delivering scalable, ethical, and commercially viable innovation at the intersection of quantum computing, AI, and real-world enterprise applications.
