  • Daniela Herrmann, co-Founder and CEO
    Daniela Herrmann is a serial entrepreneur and industry leader with extensive experience across technology, finance, and business innovation. She focuses on building companies with global relevance and measurable positive impact. As the Co-Founder of Dynex, she guides the strategic direction of a Quantum-as-a-Service (QaaS) platform designed to solve complex real-world problems at scale through neuromorphic quantum computing and large-scale algorithmic qubit systems. Daniela also serves as Mission Leader of Dynex Moonshots, the Dynex Family Office, responsible for ethical stewardship and for supporting pioneering technologies, institutions, and educational programs through investment, co-development partnerships, and access to Dynex’s computing capabilities.

    She is the President and Founder of the Topan®️ Ecosystem, including Topan®️ (2011) and Mapufin®️ (2019), a group dedicated to advancing Economic, Ecological, and Ethical (Triple-E®️) value creation. Topan®️ supports organizations in scaling and implementing Triple-E®️ frameworks, while Mapufin®️ develops data-science and AI-driven sustainable investment strategies for financial markets.

    Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and an MBA from the University of Zurich. Before her work in innovation and quantum technology, she held senior positions in the investment and financial sector, including at one of Europe’s leading socially responsible asset managers. Her professional achievements have been recognized through multiple honors, including Fast Company’s Next Big Things in Tech 2024 (Technologist of the Year), nomination for the WomenTech Global Awards 2025, and earlier distinctions such as the Enterprising Women of the Year Awards Finalist and the Woman in Tech Award 2020 nominee. Dynex has also been recognized with the BIG Innovation Award 2025 and is a finalist for the SXSW Innovation Awards.

  • Samer Rahmeh, CTO and Global Head of Quantum Solutions Architecture
    Samer Rahmeh is an accomplished technology leader with deep expertise in machine learning, neuromorphic computing, and quantum systems engineering. Over the past decade, he has designed, implemented, and scaled advanced computational architectures across multiple industries, with a particular focus on high-performance inference systems, probabilistic modeling, and quantum-inspired optimization. His work spans the full stack—from low-level hardware behavior and continuous-time stochastic computation to GPU-accelerated pipelines, model-based engineering frameworks, and enterprise-grade deployment environments.

    At Dynex, Samer oversees the technical strategy and architecture of the company’s hybrid quantum platform, including the integration of the Apollo p-qubit chip, the design of algorithmic-qubit emulation systems, and the interoperability layer connecting external QPUs. He leads the development of scalable execution models, secure orchestration systems, and high-reliability runtime environments that support both research-driven and production-level workloads. His role also extends to co-designing quantum problem transformations, QUBO/Hamiltonian workflows, and the associated toolchains used by enterprise and academic partners.

    Prior to joining Dynex, Samer worked as a Machine Learning Architect and Senior Engineer, contributing to foundational work in model interpretability, distributed training, graph-based inference, and system-level optimization. His background includes deep involvement in emerging computational paradigms, ensuring that Dynex’s technology stack remains robust, reliable, and aligned with the latest advancements in AI and quantum research.
