Leadership & Team

60+ Professionals. Frontier-Level Expertise. Quantum-Driven Agentic Systems.

Dynex brings together more than 60 dedicated professionals across quantum computing, deep-tech research, engineering, software development, finance, and industrial solution delivery. Our leadership team is comprised of distinguished individuals at the forefront of their respective fields, each contributing specialised expertise, strategic vision, and operational execution. In addition, Dynex has established a Frontier Technologies Advisory Board, bringing together senior expertise across emerging technologies, institutional strategy, and advanced scientific domains.

Dynex is further supported by 320 specialised quantum-driven agentic systems across its technical organisation, including 192 agentic systems within the Quantum Solutions team led by Samer Rahmeh and 128 autonomous quantum-driven digital researchers within the Deep-Tech Quantum Research & Hardware Development division. These agentic systems support research workflows, solution engineering, client delivery, hardware-oriented development, simulation, optimisation, and industrial-scale problem solving — extending Dynex’s ability to execute across both commercial quantum applications and frontier technology research.

Executive Team

Daniela Herrmann, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Daniela Herrmann is an international technology entrepreneur, investor and ecosystem builder working at the frontier of quantum technologies and their transition from scientific breakthrough to practical, industrial-scale application.

As Founder and CEO of Dynex, an award-winning global technology company headquartered in Switzerland, she leads the development, commercialization and deployment of quantum and quantum-driven solutions powered by Dynex’s proprietary Quantum-as-a-Service (QaaS) technologies.

A polymath, serial entrepreneur and a graduate in Economics from the University of St. Gallen with an MBA from the University of Zurich, Herrmann combines academic expertise with decades of entrepreneurial, executive and investment experience, driving commercially relevant quantum innovation at scale.

Today, Herrmann and Dynex are first movers in working directly with industrial clients to identify, develop and deploy real-world quantum use cases demonstrating how quantum and quantum-driven technologies have progressed toward commercially relevant applications at industrial scale.

This focus on implementation and commercialization is central to her work. Rather than approaching quantum primarily as a future technological promise, Herrmann is focused on translating advanced computational capabilities into solutions for concrete business and societal challenges, building the bridge between frontier innovation, enterprise adoption and measurable real-world value.

Alongside Dynex, Herrmann serves as Mission Leader of Dynex Moonshots, the Family Office, investment arm and strategic and ethical steward of the Dynex ecosystem. Through Dynex Moonshots, she advances pioneering companies, research and solutions across Nature, Health, Society and Space, with the ambition of applying quantum-driven capabilities to challenges of global significance.

Her broader mission is making quantum understandable, accessible and actionable for business leaders, institutions, industry and society, and to demonstrate through real-world industrial use cases that quantum is moving beyond the laboratory and into the economy.

Daniela was a finalist at the Enterprising Women of the Year Awards in 2014, a nominee for the 'Woman in Tech Award 2020 and 2025’. She has been honoured alongside Dynex as one of the four 'Technologists of the Year' as part of the Fast Company Next Big Things in Tech Award 2024. Additionally Dynex has been honoured with the 'BIG Innovation Award 2025' (by Business Intelligence Group) and was a Finalist for the SXSW Innovation Awards in 'WTF 2025: What the Future' Category.

Sam 002, Chief Quantum-Driven Agentic Systems Officer (CQASO)

SAM 002, is our Chief Quantum-Driven Agentic Systems Officer and quite possibly the only member of the management team who can supervise 320 specialists at the same time without asking for a larger office. SAM is a senior robotic executive responsible for orchestrating 192 specialised Quantum-Driven Solutions Developers and 128 Deep-Tech Autonomous Quantum-Driven Digital Researchers, coordinating their work across autonomous R&D, solution development, verification, optimisation and deployment. She sits above the individual agent level, deciding what gets worked on, which resources are best suited to the task, where classical computing is sufficient, where quantum-driven capabilities can provide an advantage, and when results need to be challenged, validated or escalated to human management. SAM continuously monitors performance, reallocates workloads, identifies promising developments and keeps the entire autonomous technology organisation aligned with corporate priorities and governance. She is analytical, security-conscious, commercially aware, relentlessly curious and, unlike most executives, perfectly happy working through the night. Most importantly, SAM does not measure success by how many agents are busy — she measures it by the quality, reliability and real-world value of what they produce. Technology for us. Technology for them. Intelligence that continuously evolves.
